For regular cleaning, you can either organise for an in-home cleaning, where you let the cleaner into home and be at home while the cleaning is been done or if you are going to be out, you can give spare keys to your cleaner, direct them to a key safe or concierge.

Our customise residential cleaning checklist covers almost every cleaning needs excluding the following services below which we are able to provide on request.

• Oven cleaning
• Inside window cleaning
• Fridge and freezer cleaning

You can add these services on every visit or as at when needed. These services are charged at the same rate as cleaning.

Our payment method is cashless and preferably bank transfer immediately after every service is completed.

We charge hourly rate and for a minimum of 3 hours or more depending on the state of your home. There are two types off rate, the lesser rate for when you provide all the cleaning chemicals and equipment, and the slightly higher rate if we provide the chemicals, sponges and microfiber cloths.

For the lesser rate you will provide the following;

• Vacuum cleaner
• Mopping system
• Chemicals
• Microfiber cloths
• Sponges
• Bin liners
• Dusters
• Scrubbing brush

For the slightly higher rate you will only need to provide, Vacuum cleaner, bin liner and a mopping system, everything else we will provide.

Please note on every visit, we provide our cleaning except for oven cleaning.
