1. Complete ALL sections of this application form.
2. Before you submit your application to Aionsparkles please ensure you have been realistic about how many days per week you are able to work as you will have a fixed rota.
3. After submitting your application, please email 1 copy of the following documents to info@aionsparkles.co.uk using your full name as the message title

  • Copy of your passport
  • If you are not a UK or EEA citizen, a valid visa/work permit issued by the UK Border Agency or Home Office
  • If you are here on a student visa, a letter from your college/university/school confirming that you are studying with them. Please also include your term dates.
  • National Insurance number card or letter
  • Proof of address

If your application is successful you may be asked to attend a recruitment session. If you are invited to attend you will be asked to bring all your original documents. We will not be able to consider you for employment without them.
